WHAT ARE THE LOCAL SITE RULES?
- The pitch is subject to a fee. The pitch fee must be paid at the terminal before entering.
- Vehicles parked without authorization or a booking will be removed at the owner's expense.
- Access to the motorhome pitch is only permitted to persons who have made a booking.
- The motorhome park is reserved for motorhomes only; caravans are not allowed.
- Parking in the designated areas is mandatory.
- Vehicles must be parked properly so as not to obstruct others.
- Please be considerate of other guests and avoid disturbing noise. This applies especially during the night quiet period between 10 PM and 7 AM.
- Please avoid any contamination of the motorhome pitch and do not leave any trash behind.
- Grilling on the pitch is only allowed with a gas grill.
HOW DO I OPERATE THE CHECK-IN MACHINE?
At our check-in machine, which you can find at the entrance, you can perform various actions. First, you must press the screen to enter the menu. You can then select your language. Afterward, the following options are available to you:
- Check in an existing online booking using the booking code included in your booking confirmation.
- Make a booking on-site.
- Top up the balance on your transponder card.
- Extend your stay, no later than 10 AM on the day of departure.
- Check out your booking after exiting the parking lot. Before doing so, you must ensure that you have transferred any remaining credit from your power column back to your transponder card. Once you have checked out, a refund of the balance is no longer possible.
- Any remaining balance on your transponder card will, of course, be credited back to you.
HOW DO I OPERATE THE POWER COLUMN?
The two power columns in the entrance area control the sockets throughout the entire site. By using the buttons numbered here, you can select the desired socket. The following functions are available to you here:
- Transfer your credit from the transponder card to your socket to activate the socket. Automatic shut-off: As soon as the loaded credit is consumed, the socket will be switched off again. Recharging: You can, of course, load new credit from your transponder card onto the socket at any time.
- Refund upon departure: When leaving, you can use the refund button here to transfer your remaining socket credit back to your transponder card.
HOW DO I OPERATE THE FRESH WATER COLUMN?
You can fill your drinking water tank at the fresh water column, located to the right of the disposal station.
- Activation: The water tap is activated by holding your transponder card in front of the sensor. Please note that the drinking water column is time-controlled.
- Important: Even if you have closed the water tap, the time will continue to run.
HOW DO I GET THE FREE TICKETS FOR THE NECKARBAD?
Two admissions to the directly adjacent Neckarbad are included per stay. The details for use (voucher code or ticket) will be sent to you automatically with your booking confirmation.
HOW DO I OPERATE THE DISPOSAL STATION?
The disposal station is located to the left of the fresh water column in the entrance area. Here you can empty your waste water tank as well as your cassette.
- you can drive over the floor tray here to empty your waste water tank.
- Cassettes can be rinsed out by hand at the column.
- Attention: No drinking water comes from here. The water is exclusively suitable for rinsing out the cassettes.
- Please close the water tap again after use.
- Do not put any objects into the drain; it is exclusively suitable for waste water.
